Evidence-Based Nutritional Guidance

I use the latest research in nutrition and psychology to support your recovery. My approach helps you understand your body’s needs and how to nourish yourself without fear or guilt.

Long-Term Freedom, Not Just Short-Term Fixes

The goal isn’t just to "eat better"—it’s to create lifelong change so that food no longer feels like a source of stress but instead something that nourishes both your body and mind.again.

Rebuilding Trust with Your Body

I help you reconnect with your hunger and fullness cues, break free from all-or-nothing thinking and rebuild self-trust so that eating feels intuitive and stress-free again.

Behavioural & Psychological Focus

Overcoming disordered eating isn’t just about food; it’s about addressing the thoughts, emotions and habits that keep you stuck. Together we will reframe negative patterns and develop a balanced, peaceful relationship with food.

Let’s start this journey together— because recovery is possible.

My story….

I know firsthand how overwhelming and isolating an eating disorder can feel. As a child, I struggled with bulimia nervosa—trapped in a cycle of bingeing and purging that filled me with guilt and despair. The turning point came when I finally opened up to my family, starting my journey toward healing at a time when support for eating disorders was scarce.

That experience shaped who I am today and fuels my passion for helping others break free from disordered eating. I founded Wellhouse Nutrition and support individuals who feel consumed by food-related anxiety, shame and endless dieting. I understand the emotional toll it takes and I’m here to help you rediscover confidence, balance and ease around food.

Based in Winchester, Hampshire I work nationally through on-line one-on-one consultations. I focus on both the behavioural and psychological aspects of eating, guiding you toward a healthier, more nourishing relationship with food. My approach is free from judgment—just compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to you.

I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist having studied with BCNH and ION, I then followed with qualifications to work towards a master practitioner in eating disorders. I combine professional expertise with lived experience to offer practical, empathetic guidance. I listen, educate and empower, so you can reclaim your joy and well-being.
