Recovery is Possible

You don’t have to do this alone.

Living with an eating disorder can feel isolating, confusing and at times overwhelming. Food can start to take up far more space in your life than you ever wanted it to, leaving you unsure where to turn or what to trust.

As a nutritional therapist, I help you gently separate fact from fiction around food and health, supporting you to rebuild a calmer, more trusting relationship with eating. Many people I work with are also managing digestive issues, hormonal imbalances or ongoing fatigue, we can discover why these are part of your picture and work to reduce their discomfort.

I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported and truly heard. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and work towards long term recovery, so you can begin building a life that feels less ruled by food and more aligned with what matters to you.
