The aim is simple: to help your team feel better, cope better and perform at their best, in a way that feels genuinely supportive rather than “another thing to do”..

The issues

Employee health is more important than ever, with recent studies showing that the UK loses an estimated 131 million working days annually due to absenteeism, significantly impacting companies’ productivity and output. Presenteeism is another challenge, where employees are at work but experience reduced productivity and low morale.

As businesses navigate these issues, the employee wellness movement is gaining momentum. Employers are increasingly adopting initiatives such as mental health support, flexible working arrangements, and nutrition-focused programs to promote healthier, more engaged teams. Through my corporate talks, I aim to provide actionable strategies to support workforce health and well-being, fostering more enthusiastic and high-performing teams.
