The Recovery Pathway

    After your Breakthrough Session, you may feel ready to commit to lasting change through The Recovery Pathway.

    During the Breakthrough Session, we’ll identify the level of support that best suits your needs. Engaging in more frequent sessions can help accelerate your recovery and create stronger, more sustainable progress.

Whats included?

  • Weekly or bi-weekly online sessions, to provide you with dedicated one-to-one support.

  • Test recommendations and analysis if required

  • Personalised supplementation recommendations if required

  • GP letters and referrals if appropriate

  • Access to a secure platform that contains your plans, test results and a secure messaging service 

  • Unlimited access to me via a secure messaging service so you’re never left without the help you need.

The Breakthrough Assessment - £85

  • A one-off, no-obligation session designed to help you get clear on what's keeping you stuck in your relationship with food and explore how you can start moving forward.

  • Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on with your eating and you’ll begin to see how recovery is truly possible for you.

  • This introductory session also helps you understand whether you're ready to take the next step toward lasting, sustainable change

    We can tailor the plan to suit your unique needs, focusing on your goals and what feels most important to you. I’m here to support you at whatever stage you’re at.

  • You can book the breakthrough session as a one off. If you decide to start the programme, it is paid in monthly blocks. I do ask for an initial three month commitment for this programme to give you time to make meaningful change.

    • That’s absolutely fine! You gain optimal results if we work in a multidisciplinary way. I support you alongside to build a nourishing and balanced relationship with food through tailored nutrition and behavioural coaching.

  • Your journey is unique and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no set timeline, as healing from disordered eating is a deeply personal process. However, most clients work with me for around six months to create lasting change. My approach is designed to support you step by step, helping you build a healthier relationship with food in a way that feels sustainable.         

  • I understand that weight concerns can feel important but healing your relationship with food must come first. Weight loss and recovery from disordered eating are not compatible goals, as the dieting mindset is often what led to these struggles in the first place.

    My focus is on helping you break free from restrictive cycles, rebuild trust with your body, and develop a balanced approach to eating. Some people naturally experience weight changes as a byproduct of this work, but it should never be the goal. Once you’ve fully healed your relationship with food, we can explore your long-term health goals in a sustainable and compassionate way.
