Your Path to Peaceful Eating
You don’t have to do this alone.
Recovery from an eating disorder is hard—really hard. It can feel isolating, confusing and at times, completely overwhelming. But you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. If you need nutritional support to help heal your relationship with food—or you're dealing with co-occurring issues like gut problems, hormonal imbalances, or fatigue that have lingered during or after recovery—this programme is here for you. It offers a safe, compassionate space to be seen, supported, and truly heard. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and move toward a healthier, more peaceful place—with practical guidance and ongoing support you can trust..

If you're asking this question, it likely means you're concerned about your relationship with food and that in itself is a sign that support could be beneficial. You don’t need to reach a certain level of struggle to deserve help.
We can tailor the plan to suit your unique needs, focusing on your goals and what feels most important to you. I’m here to support you at whatever stage you’re at.

If you decide to start the programme, you can pay for 3 months in full or pay in monthly blocks. If you do pay monthly, I ask for an initial three month commitment for this programme to give you time to make meaningful change.

That’s absolutely fine, and sometimes it is essential! You gain optimal results if we work in a multidisciplinary way. I support you alongside to build a nourishing and balanced relationship with food through tailored nutrition and behavioural coaching.

Your journey is unique and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no set timeline, as healing from disordered eating is a deeply personal process. However, most clients work with me for around six months to create lasting change. My approach is designed to support you step by step, helping you build a healthier relationship with food in a way that feels sustainable.
