It offers a safe, compassionate space to be seen, supported, and truly heard. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and move toward a healthier, more peaceful place—with practical guidance and ongoing support you can trust..

The Recovery Pathway

  • 12 sessions - 3 months (min) -

  • £280 per month (x 3)

Whats included?

  • Weekly or bi-weekly online sessions, to provide you with dedicated one-to-one support, to the level of support you need.

  • Test recommendations and analysis if required

  • Personalised supplementation recommendations if required

  • GP letters and referrals if appropriate

  • Access to a secure platform that contains your plans, test results and a secure messaging service 

  • Unlimited access to me via a secure messaging service so you’re never left without the help you need.

Food relationships are shaped over a lifetime, so breaking free from troublesome behaviours takes time, self compassion and patience.
That’s why you have the option to continue your support with a flexible monthly ‘top-up’ package. Most people work with me for a minimum of three months. Most people work with me for at least 3 months.
